Elysium Bayside is a 327-apartment waterfront development in Gibraltar, positioned directly between the marina and the historic town centre. The scheme is arranged across four residential blocks, with Blocks A and B placing street-level retail beneath the residential floors. Completion is scheduled for 2030.
