Where the Río Real river meets the Mediterranean, this secluded beach offers a uniquely peaceful setting. Far from the tourist crowds, it's a favourite of local residents and golfers from the nearby Río Real Golf Club. The beach is characterised by its natural, undeveloped surroundings, low dunes, riverside vegetation, and unobstructed views along the coast in both directions. The sand is a mix of golden and darker volcanic grains, typical of this stretch. Swimmers enjoy calm, clean waters, and the gentle current where fresh and salt water meet creates interesting marine life for snorkellers. There's a small, excellent chiringuito, but the real appeal is the tranquillity and natural beauty.
