Melanie Warwick is Development Director and Partner at La Sala Homes, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. She began her career in 1999 at a leading Marbella agency, gaining in-depth knowledge of the full sales process before moving into senior roles with top Costa del Sol developers and a London-based property fund on Bond Street.

Samantha Rey López

Office & Listings Manager

Since 2008, Samantha Rey Lopez has built more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong focus on inland and residential properties. Her background covers property legalisation, regulatory compliance, and the smooth coordination of rental and sales transactions. Samantha's professionalism, organisation, and commitment to excellence led to her promotion to Office and Listings Manager at La Sala Homes. In this role, she oversees property listings, coordinates office operations, and ensures that every client receives a consistently high level of service. Her attention to detail plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and brand standards across the business. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys hiking, watching football, and spending quality time with her family. Being outdoors helps her stay active and connected to nature, while football offers a chance to relax and share the excitement of the game. Most importantly, time with her daughters brings balance and perspective, inspiring the same dedication and passion she brings to her professional life.

Engla Nilsson

Marketing Manager

Originally from Sweden, Engla Nilsson first discovered her connection to Spain while studying here, later choosing Marbella as her home. With professional and academic experience across six countries in the EMEA region, she brings a strong international perspective to her role as Marketing Manager at La Sala Homes. Engla leads the company's creative direction and marketing strategy, ensuring every campaign reflects the brand's values while connecting authentically with clients. Her expertise spans brand development, visual storytelling, and market positioning, all of which play a key role in strengthening La Sala Homes' presence and visibility in the market. Outside of the office, Engla enjoys hiking, Pilates, yoga, and adventure travel, interests that fuel her creativity and align with the vibrant lifestyle she promotes through her work. She is also passionate about giving back to the community, actively supporting local animal shelters and community initiatives.

Steve Godfrey

Sales Director

With more than 25 years of experience in Marbella's luxury property market, Steve Godfrey has built a reputation for integrity, discretion, and consistently strong results. Having lived in the region for over two decades, he offers deep local knowledge of prime locations and the lifestyle that attracts international buyers. Steve's success is rooted in his professionalism, strong work ethic, and personalised approach, ensuring every client feels fully supported throughout the buying or selling process. Away from property, Steve is a proud father of three and an avid golfer. Natalia joined La Sala Homes bringing with her more than 20 years of professional experience across banking, insurance, and customer service. She holds a degree in Economics from the Estonian University of Life Sciences, along with additional training from the London Reception Academy. Before joining La Sala Homes, Natalia worked as a Rental Manager for a well-known international company, where she developed extensive experience overseeing rental operations and client management. Today, she successfully manages both rental and sales activities, applying her financial expertise and structured approach to deliver smooth, well-managed transactions and consistently high standards of service. Outside of her professional role, Natalia enjoys padel, outdoor activities, music, travelling, reading, and handicrafts. She draws energy from the Costa del Sol lifestyle and channels her enthusiasm into ensuring every client receives a first-class, personalised experience.

Oscar Raae Frisvold

Property Consultant

Oscar Raae Frisvold is a Property Consultant at La Sala Homes, bringing with him a strong connection to Marbella and a genuine passion for real estate. Coming from a family background rooted in the property sector, his interest in the industry developed naturally from an early age. Oscar combines a disciplined, proactive approach with strong communication skills, allowing him to support clients confidently throughout the buying and selling process. His background includes experience as a former Norwegian military serviceman and studies at the University of Edinburgh, experiences that have contributed to his structured mindset, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Outside of work, Oscar enjoys politics, economics, padel, tennis, and sailing. Alekzander Boland

Alekzander Boland grew up immersed in the real estate industry, gaining early exposure to the business through both parents from a young age. This foundation gave him a strong understanding of the market and inspired his decision to pursue a career in property from the outset. Now working as a Property Consultant at La Sala Homes, Alekzander is ambitious, motivated, and focused on developing his expertise alongside the company's Managing Director. Property Consultant

Anthony has deep roots in Marbella, having lived in the region for most of his life. He earned a golf scholarship to study in the United States, where he learned the discipline and drive that now define his work. Returning to Spain, he brought that same focus into real estate, drawn by his lifelong connection to the area and a genuine interest in property. Outside of work, you'll find Anthony on the golf course or tennis court

Nicolas Sutcliffe

AI Software Developer

Nicolas Sutcliffe is the AI Software Developer at La Sala Homes and the person behind most of the technology the team uses every day. He designed and built the company's own platform, from the agent hub that sends every enquiry to the right broker, to Sal, the AI assistant that answers clients day and night, to the valuation and marketing tools behind every listing presentation. Working side by side with the sales team, he turns the way La Sala works into software, so brokers spend less time on admin and more time with their clients.
