We recently sold a property in Marbella with the help of La Sala homes, in particular Melanie & Justin. Another well known agency previously promised that they had a number of cash buyers ready to pay 20% over market price for our property. Needless to say it sat on the market for 4 months without an offer. La Sala marketed the property at our original requested valuation and achieved an offer for asking price within a week or so. Melanie was also on hand to offer advice on how to navigate the often nefarious rental market in Marbella when seeking a new property.
