One of the Costa del Sol's oldest and most respected courses, Atalaya's Old Course has been a favourite of visiting golfers since 1968. This classic parkland gem features towering eucalyptus, pine, and palm trees creating cathedral-like fairways that are both beautiful and demanding. The par-72 layout is traditional in the best sense, no gimmicks, just honest golf that rewards straight hitting and smart course management. The grand clubhouse retains an old-world charm with a well-regarded restaurant, comfortable lounges, and a large terrace with views across the course to the mountains. The pro shop is one of the best stocked on the coast. Atalaya also offers a second, newer 18-hole course, making 36 holes available. Practice facilities include a driving range and putting green.
