Melanie Warwick is Development Director and Partner at La Sala Homes, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. She began her career in 1999 at a leading Marbella agency, gaining in-depth knowledge of the full sales process before moving into senior roles with top Costa del Sol developers and a London-based property fund on Bond Street.
Melanie later went on to found and successfully run her own real estate company, further strengthening her expertise in development strategy, market positioning, and client advisory. In 2017, she joined the La Sala Group and The Heights as Development Manager, a role that naturally evolved into her current position within La Sala Homes.
Since the company's launch in April 2024, Melanie has played a key role in shaping its direction, contributing to strong sales performance, portfolio growth, and brand presence in Marbella's competitive property market. Her strategic mindset, market insight, and client-focused approach have been central to this success.
Outside of work, Melanie is passionate about mentoring her team and fostering collaboration. She also enjoys padel, yoga, and actively supports charitable causes benefiting children and animals.

We recently sold a property in Marbella with the help of La Sala homes, in particular Melanie & Justin. Another well known agency previously promised that they had a number of cash buyers ready to pay 20% over market price for our property. Needless to say it sat on the market for 4 months without an offer. La Sala marketed the property at our original requested valuation and achieved an offer for asking price within a week or so. Melanie was also on hand to offer advice on how to navigate the often nefarious rental market in Marbella when seeking a new property. Overall we we wouldn't hesitate to use La Sala homes again, and would 100% recommend them to those seeking an honest and transparent real estate agency.

We were introduced initially to Justin and Melanie through a property were were interested in marketed by La Sala homes which for other reasons did not progress but we were so impressed with their professionalism that when we found another property we immediately put our existing property on the market exclusive with La Sala homes without any hesitation. They were meticulous on everything from marketing plan to ensuring we were kept up to date on every aspect of our sale....their sales plan for our duplex penthouse in Estepona was both detailed and impressive and within 5 working days we had 4 viewings and one offer very close to asking price which we accepted and closed within one month.
