Robert Trent Jones Sr.'s westernmost Costa del Sol creation is a classic par-72 parkland course with spectacular sea views from almost every hole. Mature palm, pine, and eucalyptus trees line wide fairways, while strategically placed water features and Jones's trademark bunkering provide a genuine challenge. The front nine is relatively flat and open, while the back nine introduces more elevation and tighter holes. The traditional clubhouse has a warm, club-like atmosphere with a restaurant serving hearty international cuisine, a cosy bar popular with local members, and a reasonably stocked pro shop. Changing facilities are clean and well-maintained. Practice facilities include a driving range and putting green. The course offers excellent value and a friendly welcome, making it popular with visiting groups and resident golfers.
